Awesome guy to work with . Long story short I wish I would have went with him in the first place . Originally ended up going with someone else because they were slightly higher. and it turned out to be a nightmare . The other guy said he was buying my house . Then next thing you know he is trying to middleman it and have me take my time to show it for him. Then he tried to drop the price by half. So I gave Dustin a call back, and he offered to still buy it at the same price he quoted 2 months before hand. I said let’s do it and from then on everything went smoothly and fast. I am extremely pleased with how it turned out working with Dustin. Do yourself a favor and call him. He is not like those other a**holes he does what he says and gets it done quick . A++
